Things I Wish I Could Post On Your Facebook Wall, Thought Catalog
Two things on my wish list right now: I’d like to eat more kale and put aside time to write more.
I’m thinking of steaming kale, to be eaten with some buttered pasta, shrimp, and sun-dried tomatoes. Yum, yum, yum. Maybe for dinner tomorrow.
In other cooking-related news, I made a chicken marsala for dinner Monday (that I couldn’t try), but Jered told me it was good. I’ll have to take my boyfriend’s word for it, which isn’t much, on account of being my boyfriend n’ all. I sautéed the mushrooms, left them to simmer in marsala wine and cooking sherry, which gave the chicken (rolled in flour, salt, ground pepper, and an obscene amount of oregano) this tasty mushroom flavor.
